Commerce & Industry

GLOBAL ISSUE – OUR INITIAL AUSTRALIAN FOCUS

Australian Commerce & Industry accounts for 44% of the nation’s end use energy, 52% of which is lost heat. The Australian Government has targeted its heavy industry and mining sector for a greener solution and globally Green Funds have raised billions to cater for this solution but with very few viable solutions available to invest in.

We are targeting a unique market dictated by the vastness of the country. Remote industries in Australia currently rely on 1.2 GW pa of power capacity from diesel fuel prone to price volatility and supply interruptions. At Diesel Genset prices (30-50cents kWh), this is at least a $3.0 Billion pa Market. Only a small percentage of this market represents a multi-million-dollar market for Energy Storage.

Further, the aging grid not only in Australia but globally is unable to address C&I needs, requiring itself trillions in upgrade (US EIA 2019). In the vast geography of Australia, its transmission is extremely costly to remote communities.

Net Zero World drives tremendous appetite for a green solution for the C&I Sector especially in Australia in the Mining Sector.

NEARLY 75% OF ALL ENERGY PRODUCED BY HUMANITY IS SQUANDERED AS WASTE HEAT

The Problem is one of wastage, every bit of waste heat recycled into energy saves fuel, often fossil fuel, from doing the same job.

AN ON-SITE IMMEDIATELY DEPLOYABLE SOLUTION

There is presently little alternative beyond bioenergy (complimentary to our generation but not Zero Emission like our TORC System).

Clean Thermal is one of the only commercial options available. We believe the ORC is the only affordable zero emission system available to recover low grade (<250°C – to as low as 80°C but optimum 150°C) Heat into Clean Thermal Power.
